Customized item are not eligible for return or refund. If there’s an issue with your custom item(s) Please contact us with details and proof within 14 days of receiving item(s). Store credit may be available. Store credit will only be given for effected item(s). If wrong item(s) is received please provide proof and a replacement can be shipped free of charge. Store credit is also available. Refund is available only for wrong item.

  To receive store credit  or refund for wrong item(s) please contact us via email or WhatsApp to request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.( Be sure to include proof of problem)
